Here’s what to expect after you book:

Immediately after booking your consult package you'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to schedule a consult call with your choice of sleep consultant. You’ll fill out a detailed sleep questionnaire, enabling us to gain a holistic understanding of your child's sleep situation.

During our scheduled phone consultation, we'll dive deeper into your questionnaire responses, clarify your sleep goals, and guide you through our recommendations and the plan for the week.

Within 48 hours of our call, you'll receive the notes from your call and supporting documents, including 7-day access to the sleep tracking app. These resources will empower you to implement the plan confidently.

Throughout your 7-day support period, we'll check in via the app each day to review your progress, answer your questions, and provide ongoing commentary and troubleshooting to keep you on track.

A Truly Supportive and Transformational Sleep Experience

"When we started the sleep support package, our baby Leon was 10. 5 months old and we were struggling with frequent night wake-ups and very early mornings. We began with the initial consultation call and already received very helpful sleep plans and guidance straight away. The real game changer for us, however, was the 7-day support period. Amanda replied incredibly quickly, always seemed to know exactly when to step in, and also gave us the confidence to manage things ourselves on the days we could. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process, which honestly surprised us in the best possible way. The improvement in Leon’s sleep has been huge. We went from 5 a. m. wake-ups and 6+ wake-ups per night to 7 a. m. mornings and almost sleeping through the night with only zero to one wake-up. Clear instruction and worked so promptly

no longer running off an hours sleep !

"We were so grateful for Amanda ! Our baby got to a point of waking every 30-60mins with up to 4 bottles a night, & having to be rocked to sleep every night. After pretty much a week we were anble to pop baby in bed & he would fall ansleep on his own in less then 10mins !! From 5 wakeups to sleeping through the night in 3 days

"This sleep support package completely exceeded our expectations. We were sceptical before booking but desperate to try something! We were convinced that our very distracted 10 month old feeder would never break his bottle-to-sleep association. We were feeding to sleep in a dark room for every nap and bedtime, dealing with anywhere from 3–5 wakeups overnight, split nights, and a large overnight bottle (which turned out to be part of the problem). We were exhausted. Amanda approached everything so holistically. She didn’t just look at sleep. She looked at feeding, solids intake, wake windows, routine, temperament, and our overall sleep environment. With her guidance, we gradually shifted all milk feeds to the beginning of wake windows, which unexpectedly led to a huge increase in solids intake. We first gently replaced feeding to sleep with rocking, and once that new rhythm was established, we moved into the 7 days of support using the spaced settling method. By the third night, we honestly could not believe it when our baby fell to the cot, rolled over and put himself to sleep within four minutes. We also couldn't believe it when our next wake up was our actual alarm at 7am the next morning. Amanda was super supportive throughout the 7 days and answered our many questions promptly. The whole approach felt gentle and thankfully there were never very long periods of crying, just protest crying! Amanda looked at videos of our baby crying to put us at ease and encouraged us to go to him if he was emotional crying. A month later, the results have continued. He now happily goes into the cot awake and settles himself to sleep within minutes without crying. Sleep and his bedtime routine has transformed from something we kind of dreaded into one of our favourite parts of the day, full of cuddles, laughs and confidence knowing he will have a good sleep. We are sleeping through the night, we are better parents, and our baby is more settled than ever. We cannot recommend Amanda and this sleep package enough!"

Life changing!

"We spoke with Amanda from Baby Sleep Code and instantly felt relieved because she knew what she was talking about and didn’t overwhelm us with too many changes. We went into this needing help with getting our 8 month old to put her self to sleep and have finished this package with a baby who not only does this for every nap and sleep, but a baby who eats more during the day, is content when she wakes, and doesn’t wake during the night! Will this work for my child?

We have successfully addressed sleep concerns for countless babies and toddlers worldwide. We have encountered and resolved a wide range of sleep challenges, so no situation is too complex for us to handle. We confidently guarantee that if you are committed to implementing our recommendations and maintaining consistency throughout our collaboration, you will see great results. 

What if I need more support at the end of our consult?

Most clients experience a dramatic improvement in sleep within the first week. However, if you’d like an extra week of support to help boost your confidence or iron out any final challenges, we offer the option to add additional sleep log support as needed. For best value, if you already think you’ll want more time, we recommend booking our Ultimate Sleep Support package.


Which settling or sleep coaching methods do you use?

We do not use the 'Cry it Out' method and have a variety of settling methods to choose from depending on your child's age. We talk you through a couple of options and will explain which we think will likely best suit your specific situation and your baby's temperament. We also coach you daily and recommend any tweaks to your approach if we think something is not working.

But this doesn't mean we can guarantee absolutely no crying. Crying is a way for our babies to communicate and express a range of emotions. When we introduce changes to their established routine, they may initially cry or protest out of frustration or annoyance. But you'll be there to guide and support them, and as they gain confidence in falling asleep independently, this eases. Our ultimate goal is for your little one to feel secure and content in their sleep environment and start to LOVE sleep.


What makes you different to a sleep school?

We are dedicated to equipping parents with the knowledge and skills to effectively support their own children in achieving great sleep. When you choose to work with us, you'll stay within the comfort of your own home. Your child will be in their familiar environment, and most importantly, you will be the one guiding and supporting them—not a stranger. Plus you’ll be practicing these new skills in your every day life, minimising any chance of disruptions that might occur when returning from an overnight stay at a sleep school.


I'm not in Australia, can you still help me?

Absolutely! All our 1:1 consults happen remotely via phone, email, and online. We regularly work with clients in the US, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, New Zealand and more. And the time differences hasn’t been an issue for us or our clients, no matter where you're located we can guide you to better sleep. In fact, some of our clients in the United States especially have pointed out that the time difference has been a benefit as we are available when you're up in the night!
