Including two weeks of daily support, this package is well suited to those looking for a more gradual approach to changing sleep habits. Suits newborns to 5 years.

(We're based in Australia but support families around the world, and typically have starting call times that suit the UK, US, Europe within 1-2 weeks max)

What to expect after booking:

Immediately after booking your consult package you'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to schedule a consult call with your choice of sleep consultant

Along with that, you'll be asked to fill out a detailed sleep questionnaire. This information will help us tailor our approach to your child's specific sleep needs.

We'll have our phone consult at the scheduled time. During the call, we'll talk about your sleep goals, clarify any further details, and walk you through our recommendations and a plan for the 14 days.

Within 48 hours of the consultation call, you'll receive your custom written sleep plan and supporting documents, including 14-day access to the sleep tracking app. 

Throughout the 14-day support period, we'll maintain daily communication via the sleep app. You can share progress, ask questions, or note any challenges you encounter. We'll provide ongoing commentary, feedback, and troubleshooting guidance to keep you on track.

After the 14-day support period, we'll have a wrap-up call to discuss upcoming milestones or any other questions. We can guide you through important transitions such as nap adjustments, starting solids, childcare arrangements, or upcoming holidays. Upon signing off, you'll have the confidence and tools necessary to navigate your child's sleep independently.

You'll also receive the Baby & Toddler Routines e-book, allowing you to keep sleep on track long after our consultation.

Life changing!!!!

"We had a 6 month old who would wake multiple times overnight, have split nights, short naps and 2+ feeds overnight. "Highly recommend this sleep program if you have a baby with serious FOMO who just doesn’t want to miss a thing - like mine! We made some huge transitions during our time in the 14-day program. We moved from the bassinet to the cot, and from waking every two hours for feeds or needing to be rocked back to sleep… to now only waking two times a night. The difference has been incredible. Amanda’s support was fantastic and couldn't thank her enough for her patience and persistence with our little FOMO baby who put up a good fight with the transition. A complete game changer!

"We recently completed the Ultimate Sleep Support package for our daughter and, honestly, the difference it has made for all of us has been incredible. Before starting, bedtime was often a battle, sometimes taking up to four hours to get her to sleep, only for her to wake again 1–2 hours later. It left us with very little time together in the evenings. Now bedtime has become something we genuinely enjoy, filled with stories, giggles, and cuddles. One of the biggest changes is the confidence we now have. We feel comfortable leaving her with a babysitter knowing she will sleep soundly, and her sleep feels both safer and much better quality. That reassurance has made a huge difference not just for her, but for us too. At four months old she has gone from feeding multiple times overnight to just one quick feed, and she resettles quickly afterwards. Daytime naps have improved massively as well, no more endless walks in all kinds of weather trying to get her to sleep. She now naps happily in her crib, which allows a busy mum to get so much more done (although my daily step count has definitely gone down!). Amanda was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, right through to the wrap-up call at the end. Our daily chats through the Rested App gave us the support, guidance, and reassurance we needed to fully embrace the plan and make the necessary changes. Her unfaltering confidence helped us trust the process, even on the tougher days when things didn’t go perfectly. Fantastic!

"Amanda from Baby Sleep Code was fantastic! She was so supportive and calm throughout the process. Our son was waking every 1-2 hours at night, feeding multiple times, starting the day at 4am and doing 30min cat naps. We are now getting 8 hours of continuous sleep a night for ourselves and our son is now doing an hour and half nap at lunch time which we had tried to achieve for months on our own! Bedtime is now very calm and reliable, we were amazed at how quickly it worked xx"

"Where do I start this is such an amazing program that is full of support. Our little girl (5 months old) was waking a few times over night to feed and only ever did 30 minute naps during the day which also required a lot of rocking/soothing to get her to sleep. Amanda put together a plan for us and was by our side each step of the way. I could not believe the results within such a short timeframe. We now have a baby who sleeps from 7pm to 7am with just one feed, we are also getting in three good naps a day including a 2 hour midday nap. This has been life changing for us. If you are thinking of getting some sleep support, I couldn’t recommend this enough."

"When we reached out to Baby Sleep Code we had an 8 week old baby that was only feeding to sleep and had slept in its cot about 2. 5 times! After only a week of working with Amanda and following her recommendations and the tailored schedule for our little one (as he is much younger than 4. 5 months) the baby is doing three naps and his sleep only in his cot and he is not using feeding as a sleeping cue. Sleeping happily in her cot!!

"We reached out for help with our 8 month old daughter who needed to be held and rocked for all naps and for 2-4hrs a night to get back to sleep. I was exhausted, sore and baffled as I have 2 older children that slept well as babies with what I was doing. We worked with Carly on her sleep environment, routine, nutrition and settling techniques to help her gently build her confidence to fall asleep in her cot and incredibly our baby now happily goes to sleep in her cot and wakes only once a night for a feed then settles back to sleep. When we finished the 2 week program we were still working on short naps and early wake ups but using the advice Carly gave us we are seeing further improvements as time goes by. Falling asleep independently - sanity restored!

"After working with Baby Sleep Code with our eldest, we were more than happy to work with them again for our second. Amanda went above and beyond in terms of support, responsiveness and guidance when it came to helping our baby girl learn to self settle and sleep independently. While also having a toddler at home, it quickly became unsustainable to hold my daughter to sleep for every nap and not being able to put her down calmly to sleep. After a few days, with support and following the age appropriate guide, I was able to put her down in her cot completely awake and she would happily fall asleep. Same goes for bedtime. Life changing! Would highly recommend working with Amanda and the rest of the team!"

Will this work for my child?

We have successfully addressed sleep concerns for countless babies and toddlers worldwide. We have encountered and resolved a wide range of sleep challenges, so no situation is too complex for us to handle. We confidently guarantee that if you are committed to implementing our recommendations and maintaining consistency throughout our collaboration, you will see great results. 


What settling/sleep coaching methods do you use?

We use a variety of settling methods to choose from, and talk you through the various options and which we think will best suit your specific situation and your baby's temperament. We also coach you daily and recommend any tweaks to your approach if we think something is not working.

We do not use the 'Cry it Out' method. But this doesn't mean we can guarantee absolutely no crying. Crying is a way for our babies to communicate and express a range of emotions. When we introduce changes to their established routine, they may initially cry or protest out of frustration or annoyance. But you'll be there to guide and support them, and as they gain confidence in falling asleep independently, this eases. Our ultimate goal is for your little one to feel secure and content in their sleep environment and start to LOVE sleep.


What makes you different to a sleep school?

We are dedicated to equipping parents with the knowledge and skills to effectively support their own children in achieving great sleep. When you choose to work with us, you'll stay within the comfort of your own home. Your child will be in their familiar environment, and most importantly, you will be the one guiding and supporting them—not a stranger. Plus you’ll be practicing these new skills in your every day life, minimising any chance of disruptions that might occur when returning from an overnight stay at a sleep school.


I'm not in Australia, can you still help me?

Absolutely! All our 1:1 consults happen remotely via phone, email, and online. We regularly work with clients in the US, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, New Zealand and more. And the time differences hasn’t been an issue for us or our clients, no matter where you're located we can guide you to better sleep.
