"I found the baby sleep code routine to be the most practical of all routines we have attempted and read. For us we love that the routine gives us awake window advice, not just a time we have to go to bed. We have also found the split feeding to suit our son who does always wake up starving. Within under a week our son was sleep through the nice and nailing his 3 daily sleeps for the entire length recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate, and have, recommended the program to all my friends and family struggling with sleepless nights!"

If you’re getting the newborn
"If you’re getting the newborn guide, do yourself a favour and get the baby and toddler pack. FTM or not, it helps having a “starting point”"

Not convinced by sleep training
"Have found it a useful loose guide for creating routine in our lives and thinking about how much sleep I should be offering my baby for his age. Still unconvinced all babies need the same amount of sleep and don’t think a blanket approach is always suitable and can set some people up for failure and create more anxiety for not being perfect or doing what they “should. ” I think the mother baby relationship is a dyad and a responsive approach based on your family and baby should be applied that is compassionate to what is happening in your family and constantly trying to achieve a routine that might just not be achievable for very genuine and legitimate reasons could create more problems than it’s trying to solve. I think sleep training can be useful for implementing a structure to fall back on and this is good because it isn’t encouraging CIO. I don’t think there is anything wrong with babies falling asleep while feeding as it is biologically natural and it doesn’t create bad habits, babies can also fall asleep at different times and in different circumstances and it isn’t the end of the world. But if you are looking for an idea of what a sleep amount could be use this a loose guide and if it works perfectly for you that’s great but if it doesn’t that doesn’t mean you need to spend hours working out why it isn’t working but maybe just give yourself some compassion and consider if maybe it’s not you and your baby that are the problem but the unrealistic, blanket approach sleep training."

Sleep help
"The routines are easy enough to follow, I wish there was more troubleshooting though like if you don’t get baby to sleep by recommended time, suggestions on the next steps."

Sleeping so much better with a routine!
"I bought these routines when my baby was 3 months old as the wake windows we were trying to follow just weren't working anymore. I had been tracking my baby's sleep in an app and she would just cat nap all day, now that we've been following these proper routines for a few weeks my baby sleeps so much better, and is finally having long naps in the day! Thank you! Thank you!"

Thank You, Baby Sleep Code!
"After struggling with contact naps and relying on rocking our baby to sleep, we felt hopeless. I have also had ankle surgery so our son has spent nights with both sets of grandparents during the week to help out, making consistency in routine a challenge at times. The Baby & Toddler Routines for 3mths-3yrs gave us a a game plan we could all follow. Our 8-month now settles with anyone, wakes for one night feed, which is a game changer. I'm so grateful for the tools and strategies provided in this pack."

Just okay
"Glossary is the start of being helpful, but it doesn't really get into any soothing techniques for sleep. Our baby won't follow the sleep lengths for naps and frequently wakes at night. We tried for a week to get him on the right schedule and he's resisted."

Tired Mums and Dads you need these routines
"My baby always slept really well, until we hit the dreaded 4 Month Sleep Regression. I never thought I needed a routine, but when we were three weeks down of five to six wake ups per night, I knew I had to do something. I bought the routines, along with the Baby Guide (even though my baby wasn’t quite six months yet). Even after one day, her sleep had changed for the better. Fast forward three weeks and her sleep is predictable, only wakes once per night for a feed and we’re falling asleep in the pram and the car less and less (unless I want her to). Highly recommend this for all the tired Mums and Dads out there!"
