1. Safe Sleep Awareness
The Client agrees to follow current safe sleep guidelines at all times when implementing advice from Baby Sleep Code, whether through a guide or a consultation. This includes:

Always placing babies on their back to sleep.

Keeping the cot free of loose items, including comforters and toys, particularly before 12 months of age.

Avoiding side or tummy sleeping.

Not bed sharing.
We recommend all clients refer to the official Red Nose Safe Sleep Guidelines to ensure they are up to date with best practices.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The content and guidance provided by Baby Sleep Code—whether in a downloadable guide or during a consultation—are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
The Client must:

Seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Consult with their GP or paediatrician before implementing any new sleep routines or making changes to their child’s sleeping or feeding arrangements.

Baby Sleep Code disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on the information provided.
3. Client Responsibility & Communication
Any changes made to your baby’s sleep or feeding routines are made at your discretion. Baby Sleep Code provides evidence-based suggestions, but outcomes may vary depending on each child’s individual needs and development.
The success of our support relies on open communication. It is the Client’s responsibility to keep Baby Sleep Code updated with accurate sleep data, changes, or concerns. This partnership model is essential to achieving your family’s sleep goals.
4. Copyright & Confidentiality
All guides, plans, and content provided by Baby Sleep Code are protected by copyright. The Client agrees not to copy, share, or distribute any materials without written permission. Resources provided in consults or through downloads are created specifically for the Client’s use and must not be shared with third parties.
5. Legal Notice
Baby Sleep Code Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned business. All services, products, and content are provided in accordance with Australian law. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of Western Australia and resolved exclusively in Australian courts.
