Digital downloads / e-guides - Refund Policy

Our e-guides are delivered instantly in digital format and cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-downloaded” once accessed. For this reason, all digital guide purchases are final and not eligible for refunds.

Sleep Support Packages & Consultations - Refund Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a consultation.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund, minus transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Once an initial call has taken place or a personalised plan supplied, refunds are not available. This reflects the time, expertise, and reserved capacity allocated to your family.

Baby Sleep Code reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our team.

While we provide evidence-based advice and professional support, specific sleep outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on a range of factors, and a child's progress highly depends on the parent's ability to consistently implement the changes set forth by Baby Sleep Code. 

Our refund policy is in line with, and does not affect, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
