My sleep story...

Motherhood led me on the journey of becoming a sleep consultant. With my first child, I was anxious and stressed around her sleep. She was a cat napper during the day and then I spent hours of my night trying to get an overtired baby to sleep.

When I was pregnant with my second baby, I knew that I didn’t want to have the same experience (while also knowing that my time would be more limited with a toddler to look after). I spent the time researching different sleep methods until I found one that aligned with me and as a result, I was really in tune with her and her sleep needs - and she started sleeping amazingly! 

After experiencing this positive transformation in sleep, I was inspired to complete my studies and become a certified sleep consultant. Graduating in 2021, now, I have the privilege of assisting other parents in achieving better sleep for their little ones (and themselves).

I am passionate about equipping families with the knowledge and tools to help their little ones get the sleep they deserve. As each situation is unique, I take the time to get to know the child, family and sleep situation in detail first.

I have an empathetic and nurturing approach ensuring that I take the time to understand the needs and goals of each family I work with. I am personable with a love of helping others, I am here to guide you through the journey to better sleep. I will be your biggest cheerleader, ensuring that you are encouraged to achieve the quality sleep for your little one.
