4 month old waking every 1-2 hours

At four months old, bedtime could take up to four hours, and Florence would often wake every 1–2 hours overnight. Daytime naps were just as challenging. Florence would only sleep while being rocked or taken for long walks. Her parents were also missing out on sleep, leaving them exhausted and with very little time together in the evenings.
