Great start for new patents!
"We are new parents and were searching for a guide to gently start sleeptraining for our little guy. The information on baby sleep is very clear and helpful. Our baby is now almost 7 weeks old and has colic and reflux. Therefore, following the schedules was a not doable most of the time due to cramps in the evening and nights. The guide did however give us confidence that we have a great way to start sleep training as soon as we can! We are now going to implement the advised rituals and will slowly pick up the sleep training from there. Looking forward to starting the routines!"

Amazing for our transition from Maternity to Paternity Leave!
"Our baby was 8 weeks old when we got this guide. We got this as we transitioned from maternity to paternity leave. Our son sleeps so well, and the alternatives and secondary options for when plans don’t go as expected has been wonderful for our hectic life."

Happy in his crib!
"We purchased the Newborn Sleep Guide when our son was around 6 weeks old. I started flexible routines around that time, and then we followed the detailed routines beginning at 8 weeks. I give all of the credit of his independent sleep to this program!! The routines help you know exactly when your baby will be ready for sleep to practice independent sleep skills, so you're not working against an overtired baby who is fussy or undertired baby who's not ready for sleep leading to frustrations and baby not going to sleep in their crib. The guide thoroughly explains the science behind every routine and why it works. My baby was falling asleep on his own in less than a week following this guide. It got better/smoother each day with consistency and truly following the program. He's 10 months now. He sleeps 12 hours through the night. He takes 2 naps a day. He plays quietly and happily in his crib when he wakes up allowing me to make a cup of coffee before I get him. I again give credit to the program - he's happy in his crib because the program taught me how to scaffold independent sleep skills without tossing him in and crying it out. . it taught him not only how to sleep independently but how to be comfortable in his crib as well so he's not crying when he wakes up and can easily connect sleep cycles. Any time I'm feeling an inkling of a regression coming on, I go back to Baby Sleep Code, look at the current routines of his age, tweak the schedule a tiny bit based on their recommendation, and it's solved. This has made regressions a breeze honestly. I never feel like we're regressing in sleep. I just feel like I need to figure out how to tweak and move forward as he's getting older and learning new things. This program has given me confidence as well. I read the program and followed the routines instead of trying 50 different things myself and failing. I highly recommend Baby Sleep Code. They know what they are doing when it comes to sleep! Bonus perk of the program - travel!! He will sleep anywhere in a pack and play because he's comfortable with it. He will also fall asleep for grandparents because he's falling asleep on his own in the crib and not relying on me to be the one to put him down."

Haven’t looked back
"I started the Newborn Sleep Guide when my daughter was 5 weeks old and haven’t looked back since. The guide gives you the confidence to navigate baby sleep, removes all guess work and my now 5 month old daughter can put herself to sleep, sleeps in her cot for every nap and sleeps for 12 hours overnight. I couldn’t recommend this guide enough and will definitely be using it again for baby number 2!"

"I found the guide very helpful to understand many aspects about my newborn's sleep. At first it seemed like a lot of information, which is the case, but I was able to remember the important things after reading it twice. Overall, very helpful, I would recommend it !"

Highly recommend!
"My 12 week old is already sleeping so well! Doing stretches of up to 10 hours and we’ve even had a few nights where she’s slept all the way through from 7pm-7am! Highly recommend for any parent looking for practical, gentle guidance with sleep. I followed the routines with my first who’s now 2. 5, and having the guidance from the beginning this time made the newborn trenches so much more bearable and helped me feel far less anxious about the dreaded sleep scaries! It’s been such a relief to feel more prepared and supported from the start."

"Thanks Baby Sleep Code. I’ve been following your programmes since baby was 3 weeks old. We originally started with the new born guide, at 3 weeks old I had no idea where to start with sleep, the guide gave my family the knowledge and tools to feel like we had a plan even on the tough days. From 6 weeks old my baby started cat napping unless we allowed her to contact nap, even then it was a struggle to get her to sleep. I’d follow the guides to give an idea on her wake windows, feeding, settling techniques, how to initiate a bed time routine, the importance of sticking to a rising time, the 80/20 rule to allow flexibility. By 14 weeks baby wakes for 1 overnight feed, self settles and is taking 2 decent morning and lunch time naps (1. 5 - 2 hours) consistently, plus two smaller cat naps in the afternoon. My baby was never able to handle the wake windows in the routine guides for her age they were too big for her, but once I was able to identify her specific wake windows, they gave me a starting point on nap lengths and day timings. Without them I would’ve felt lost hopelessly googling. My baby is so much happier getting decent sleep both day and night. At first I was sceptical about all the resettling during the newborn stage and whether it was going to work out in the long run. I never thought we’d be in a place now where baby self settles in her cot for all nap times at home, we actually enjoy bed times and I get to walk into my baby’s room her smiling back up at me knowing she’s had the rest she needs. I bought the baby sleep programme 4-18 months, confident it will equip us with the tools we need as baby grows. The guides are easy to use and understand, couldn’t recommend them more for any FTMs"

Our son was approaching 4
"Our son was approaching 4 months when we started implementing the changes. We are a pilot/stewardess couple and wanted to do our best to help our son sleep through the night so we can also be rested for our duties. Almost 3 weeks later our son sleeps 12 hours with only one feed."

Helped navigate a tough sleep spot
"We had a good sleeper until I realized that at 11 months, baby boy really didn't need two nights feeds anymore. I didn't have the bandwidth to read a full book, so this guide was a life saver. Within three days he was sleeping through the night. It was a tough transition, but they guide helped us stay on track and saved my sleep!"
