Amanda is a mum of four and a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, supporting families to achieve better sleep with practical, evidence-based guidance.

With a degree in Behavioural Neuroscience and over 12 years of experience working as a Sleep Scientist, alongside two years in sleep research, Amanda brings a strong scientific foundation to every consultation. She combines this clinical understanding with real-life parenting experience, having navigated sleep across every stage, from newborns through to school-aged children.

Amanda's sleep story:

"My journey into baby and toddler sleep began when my youngest was born. With older children already in our family, I had seen firsthand how much difference consistent routines, age-appropriate naps, and well-timed days made to everyone’s wellbeing. When my children were well rested, family life felt calmer and more manageable, and so did I.

That experience sparked a deeper interest in understanding baby and toddler sleep, and in 2021 I completed my qualification as a baby and toddler sleep consultant. Since then, I have spent the past five years supporting hundreds of families to work through their sleep challenges by helping them truly understand what is happening with their child’s sleep and how to improve it.

What I find most rewarding is seeing families who felt stuck realise that meaningful change is possible. Hearing from parents just days later who are surprised by how much better their child is sleeping, and how much calmer family life feels, is something I never take for granted.

    "My 5. 5 month old would only ever bounce to sleep on a yoga ball for every nap and have long drawn out bedtimes taking 1-2 hours every night. Often needing to be bounced overnight too. After a week of sleep training my baby can now self settle for naps and bedtime. He’s taking a 2 hour lunch nap without needing to be resettled.
